Job Objective: your primary responsibility is to grow the business by creating and closing sales pipelines. You will be tasked with prospecting, acquiring new clients, managing your own portfolio, and driving revenue through proactive sales strategies. The role is highly sales-focused, where success is directly tied to your ability to identify new opportunities, build a pipeline of prospects, and convert those prospects into active, high-value clients. You will be a critical driver of revenue growth and will play an essential role in expanding our market share in the region. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Creation & Management:
Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging local market insights to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, investment funds, and family offices.
Identify and seize new business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
Maintain consistent communication with prospects through follow-ups, emails, and meetings to move leads through the sales pipeline to closure.
Convert leads into active clients, with a strong focus on driving deposits, account activations, and trading volumes.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation:
Lead client acquisition efforts by closing new business deals and securing long-term relationships.
Close high-value deals through persuasive sales presentations and negotiations, ensuring clients are aligned with the firm’s products and services.
Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial contact through to deal closure and client onboarding.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing new accounts and driving revenue from your portfolio of clients.
Upsell and cross-sell financial products to existing clients to further drive revenue growth.
Account Management & Expansion:
Manage and grow your portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and their investments are optimized.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, providing them with up-to-date market insights and strategies to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Reactivate dormant accounts and grow existing client relationships by offering personalized solutions and fostering trust.
Market Outreach & Networking:
Actively go out into the market to search for new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and position the company as a top-tier investment broker.
Attend relevant financial seminars, workshops, and networking events to increase visibility and generate new leads.
Engage with potential clients through targeted outreach efforts and refine sales techniques to improve lead conversion rates.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progression, and deal closures to ensure transparency and alignment with overall sales goals.
Continuously track performance against sales KPIs, taking corrective actions when necessary to stay on target.
Use CRM tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and document all sales activities.
Team Leadership (Future Growth):
Initially focus on building and managing your own client base, with the potential to lead a high-performing sales team as the business grows.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales-driven role, ideally as a Business Development Manager or Sales Professional, within in the financial services sector is desirable.
Demonstrated success in building and closing sales pipelines, consistently achieving revenue targets and driving new client acquisitions.
A well-established network of investors, corporate clients, and financial decision-makers.
Strong ability to effectively pitch to clients.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on revenue generation.
