Marketing Analyst

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing Marketing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that our operations align with our financial goals and growth objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, and market research reports.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and customer behavior insights to support marketing decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO).
  • Review and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track marketing KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to better understand target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Support the development of buyer personas and customer journey mapping based on data insights.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes to align with profitability and growth objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, email, social media).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.


English level native or fluent.
