Cargo: Marketing Analyst
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing Marketing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that our operations align with our financial goals and growth objectives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, and market research reports.
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and customer behavior insights to support marketing decisions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, PPC, SEO).
- Review and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track marketing KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct customer segmentation and profiling to better understand target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Support the development of buyer personas and customer journey mapping based on data insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes to align with profitability and growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, email, social media).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.
English level native or fluent.
