Job Purpose

As an Area Sales Manager, you will focus on building long-term relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth to meet company targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the forecast, preparing the plan, and managing the team that will cover Mato Grosso.
  • Sales and Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Technical Support
  • Market and Competitor Analysis
  • Reporting and Administration
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
Requirements:
  • + 5 years of experience with Agro/Chemical products in sales area, account/project management, customer success management, or highly technical/strategic roles in the agricultural/Chemical industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Advanced English
  • Commercial mindset, goal-oriented, quick learner, and self-motivated.
  • Agrotech and food tech solutions and a strong motivation to learn new things and products to implement and develop
  • Willingness to travel
Salary range: open to negotiation / PJ form – starting in November 2024
