Client: Multinational Agro Chemical

Cargo: Sales Executive - BR

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting sales representatives in the sales process in Brazil
  • Create leads and new clients
  • Develop and report the Brazilian market for sales products
  • Prepare demonstrations and engage in technical discussions with prospects and their product and services teams.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of the customer's business as well as their technical environment to build the best solution for his problems
    Implement sales qualification gaps in clients
  • Expand and create new accounts after the deal is closed, gather the requirements, define the solution, and work closely with the implementation products.
  • Help the company to expand revenues in an organic way and possible M&A process
  • Report to Sales Director / HQ.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience with Agro/Chemical products in sales area, account/project management, customer success management, or highly technical/strategic roles in the agricultural/Chemical industry.
  • Client portfolio
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Intermediate English
  • Commercial mindset, goal-oriented, quick learner, and self-motivated.
  • Agrotech and food tech solutions and a strong motivation to learn new things and products to implement and develop
  • Willingness to travel

Salary range: open to negotiation / PJ form – starting in November 2024
