Position: Parts Division Sales Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the customer acquisition and consultative negotiation process for large accounts;
• Create sales strategies and map opportunities in the market, aiming to collaborate to obtain incremental results;
• Monitor and analyze customer performance, proposing solutions and strategies to maximize results;
• Guarantee the expected results and profitability, interacting with managers and partner areas;
• Preparation of commercial agreements, ensuring advantageous terms for both parties;
• Offer continuous support to customers, resolving questions and problems quickly and efficiently;
• Prepare regular reports on customer performance and the progress of business activities, presenting insights to leadership;
• Keep the CRM updated daily with your sales activities;
• Be aware of events such as fairs and events in the segment.

Requirements

• Professional in the commercial area, with technical knowledge to offer solutions in the supply of parts and pieces;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate;
• Proactive, results-oriented profile with strong analytical skills;
• Desired experience of at least 3 years in parts sales for large accounts;
• Knowledge of the parts and pieces market and the needs of companies in the segment;
• Be available to visit customers;
• Have knowledge of B2B Sales;
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High analytical capacity
• Pro active approach
• Advanced/fluent Spanish desirable
• Experience in cross-border and eCommerce desirable
