About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Account Executive with 7-10 years of experience to join our growing team and serve the South Florida market. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of our IT infrastructure, storage, cloud, and services solutions, with a focus on midmarket accounts.


Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas and revenue targets within the South Florida territory, focusing on midmarket accounts.
Prospect and qualify leads within the midmarket segment, identify customer needs, and develop customized solutions that address their specific IT challenges.
Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings for midmarket businesses.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitable deals that meet both client needs and company objectives, specifically for midmarket accounts.
Manage existing midmarket client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical engineers, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client success for midmarket clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our evolving IT solutions portfolio, with a specific focus on the midmarket space.


7-10 years of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably with a focus on infrastructure, storage, cloud, and related services, with a proven track record of success in the midmarket.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota attainment within the midmarket segment.
Strong understanding of the South Florida IT market and the specific needs of midmarket businesses. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Experience with CRM software a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active client list and contacts within the South Florida midmarket IT market.
Certifications or experience with IBM solutions or other storage, infrastructure or data security products is desired.


We offer a competitive base salary ($72k Fixed T. Comp + bonus.), uncapped commissions package based on performance and after meeting minimum sales, two-weeks paid vacation.
