Position: Social Media and Content Manager
Role Overview:  
As our new Social Media and Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering our brand's digital narrative, acting as the powerhouse behind content creation and strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop, edit, and curate engaging content, including TikTok videos and Instagram reels, maintaining an active presence with 6-7 uploads weekly.
  • Conduct in-depth research on current online casino trends and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand consistency.
  • Create Blogs about various casino elements such as but not limited to, how to play certain games or anything new in the happening in the igaming industry.
Brand Storytelling:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and convey a compelling brand story that resonates with our target audience, enhancing brand awareness and engagement through promotions, competitions, and exclusive offers.
Social Media Management:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, incorporating specific goals and KPIs to measure and report on performance.
  • Oversee the brand's presence on various social platforms and manage blog pages, ensuring a consistent and captivating voice and brand identity.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries online promptly, adhering to digital etiquette and engaging with competitor content strategically and witfully.
Performance Analytics:
- Delve into social media analytics, using data-driven insights to fine-tune content and digital strategies for optimal engagement and reach.

Trend Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in the social media landscape, particularly within the Brazilian market, and leverage this knowledge to keep our brand competitive and innovative.


  • Proficient in Final Cut Pro and Photoshop with at least 2 years of hands-on experience or possess an extensive CV that demonstrates equivalent qualification and expertise.
  • Proficient in social media analytics, capable of deriving actionable insights through data interpretation.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian social media landscape and familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in online casinos and social media.
  • Sharp communication and copywriting skills, with a keen sense of wit.
  • Expertise in navigating, posting, and engaging across all major social media platforms.

Additional Duties:

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Oversee design requirements for social media accounts and provide feedback on new features to promote brand engagement and awareness.
  • Regularly report on social media analytics and work towards growing social equity through strategic initiatives and campaigns.
