Position: Business Developer – Finance (Hunter Profile)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development professional with a strong Hunter profile, fully oriented towards prospecting and acquiring new business in the financial market. Responsibilities include opening doors, generating strategic opportunities, and establishing high-level relationships with banks, asset managers, economists, and other players in the sector.

Responsibilities:
Active prospecting of new clients and partners in the financial sector, focusing on banks, asset managers, financial consultancies, and other market institutions.

Map opportunities, identify potential needs, and conduct value presentations and commercial proposals.

Develop strategic relationships with high-level executives, strengthening the company's presence and reputation in the segment.

Conduct meetings in English.
Manage sales pipeline, conduct negotiations, and ensure the advancement of opportunities until closing.

Monitor trends in the financial market, competition, and relevant economic movements to generate insights and new opportunities.

To work collaboratively with internal areas (product, marketing, operations) ensuring strategic alignment.

Requirements:
100% Hunter profile, with proven experience in active prospecting and generating new business.
Advanced to fluent English (Mandatory)
Previous experience in the financial market, with an active network of contacts with banks, asset managers, economists, consultancies and related institutions.
Ability to conduct executive meetings, sales presentations and complex negotiations.
Solid knowledge of financial structures, banking products, investments and market dynamics.
Completed higher education; Economics or Administration will be a plus.
Knowledge of products such as: CEIC + EPFR (mandatory)
Residing in São Paulo.

Compensation: (CLT) R$ 20,000.00 + Strong commission for achieving targets + Benefits
Hybrid Work Model (2 days in the office and 3 days Home Office)
