Position: Digital Production Lead (Front-End & QA)

The Digital Production Lead (Front-End & QA) will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Front-End Development and Quality Assurance (QA) team, ensuring delivery excellence, deadline compliance, and adherence to market best practices.

This professional will act as the main point of contact for the Digital area with internal stakeholders, clients, and global leadership teams, being responsible for strategic decisions, crisis management, and the continuous evolution of processes and technologies.

In addition to leadership skills, strong technical expertise is expected to support the team in solving complex problems, guiding architectural decisions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital product quality.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop Front-End and QA teams, ensuring high performance and continuous growth;
• Act as the final escalation point for critical issue resolution;
• Manage digital operations, ensuring delivery quality, deadline compliance, and operational efficiency;
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, providing both technical and strategic guidance;
• Define, monitor, and analyze area KPIs to support decision-making;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and global leadership teams, ensuring alignment and excellence in communication;
• Promote development best practices, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify failures and implement improvement plans;
• Provide technical support to the team in resolving bugs and complex technical challenges;
• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with technical standards;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams aiming at system evolution and technical debt reduction;
• Identify and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve team efficiency;
• Create and maintain technical documentation and structured workflows.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Fluent English (mandatory) – constant interaction with global teams;
• Solid experience leading technical teams and managing digital projects;
• Proven experience in Front-End development;
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), JSON, XML, and DOM;
• Experience with Front-End frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar;
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors and modular styling approaches (SASS, PostCSS, Styled Components);
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, and Node.js;
• Back-End knowledge in technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar;
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Django, or similar;
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar;
• Experience with Git and version control systems;
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containers (Docker);
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;
• Experience with API integrations;
• Knowledge of modern architectures such as SPAs, PWAs, and microservices.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with Veeva, IQVIA, or pharmaceutical/digital health environments.
