Position: Sales Manager – Go-to-Market
Description:
• Responsible for leading the commercial operation and driving new business development;
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, ensuring effective market penetration and revenue growth;
• Ability to work and prospect in a fast-paced, multitasking environment;
• Direct interaction with clients (phone, email, social media and in-person meetings);
• Conduct negotiations and close commercial agreements;
• Identify business needs and translate them into commercial opportunities and solutions;
• Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts within the assigned region;
• Lead, develop and motivate the sales team, ensuring performance and target achievement;
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance, driving data-based decisions.
Profile:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in prospecting, negotiation and closing new business;
• Previous experience in sales leadership or team management;
• Experience defining or executing go-to-market strategies;
• Results-oriented and analytical mindset;
• Availability to travel;
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced English (mandatory);
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce;
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
