Position:Sales Manager / Representative / Business Developer
Responsibilities:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Brazilian market.
Regularly travel across Brazil to engage potential clients, demonstrate products, and close sales.
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders in the hospitality, retail, and wholesale sectors.
Collaborate closely with the India-based headquarters to align market strategies, product offerings, and business development plans.
Regularly provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to optimize product positioning and market entry strategies.
Achieve targeted sales goals and report on market progress, sales achievements, and pipeline activities regularly.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in tableware, home goods, hospitality supplies, or related industries.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a talent for building lasting business relationships.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, highly organized, and willing to travel extensively.
Familiarity with Brazilian market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Wages:
Dollar Base salary plus an attractive commission structure ( direct contract).
