Our Client:

  • Leading manufacturer of premium ceramic tableware, known for quality craftsmanship and innovative designs.

Position: Sales Manager / Representative / Business Developer


Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Brazilian market.

  • Regularly travel across Brazil to engage potential clients, demonstrate products, and close sales.

  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders in the hospitality, retail, and wholesale sectors.

  • Collaborate closely with the India-based headquarters to align market strategies, product offerings, and business development plans.

  • Regularly provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to optimize product positioning and market entry strategies.

  • Achieve targeted sales goals and report on market progress, sales achievements, and pipeline activities regularly.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in tableware, home goods, hospitality supplies, or related industries.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a talent for building lasting business relationships.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, highly organized, and willing to travel extensively.

  • Familiarity with Brazilian market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Wages:

  • Dollar Base salary plus an attractive commission structure ( direct contract).

  • Significant earning potential with majority income through performance-based commissions.
