Job Purpose
As an Area Sales Manager, you will focus on building long-term relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth to meet company targets.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the forecast, preparing the plan, and managing the team that will cover Mato Grosso.
- Sales and Business Development
- Account Management
- Technical Support
- Market and Competitor Analysis
- Reporting and Administration
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
Requirements:
- + 5 years of experience with Agro/Chemical products in sales area, account/project management, customer success management, or highly technical/strategic roles in the agricultural/Chemical industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Advanced English
- Commercial mindset, goal-oriented, quick learner, and self-motivated.
- Agrotech and food tech solutions and a strong motivation to learn new things and products to implement and develop
- Willingness to travel
Salary range: open to negotiation / PJ form – starting in November 2024
