Position: Sales Manager Latam
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of the sales objectives shared by the Sales Management;
- Coordinate the sales network;
- Consolidate existing commercial relationships and develop new partnerships;
- Seek new customer contacts/opportunities, and reach the annual sales target
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers;
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profit;
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
Ideal Profile:
- Previous commercial experience gained in the field of 3-5 years in similar roles (Manufacturing, Private Education & Healthcare);
- He knows the area well and is used to managing relationships with interlocutors in the sector;
- Advanced english/fluent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Natural leadership characterized by empathy and a practical approach;
- Highly motivated and target oriented
- Organizational and management skills.

Remuneration and benefits:
- Salary: CLT 20K a 22K to be commensurate with experience, company benefits will be assigned (car, smartphone, food voucher, bonus, reimbursement )
