Position: Account Manager Senior
Responsibilities:
- Manages, retains, and grows revenue, responsible for sales and the customer relationship.
- Committed with Excel in employing solution-selling techniques to identify business needs.
- Create strong value propositions for existing customers.
- Focuses on customer satisfaction, knows the customer's business and workflows, and develops a proper contact network within accounts.
- Tracks customer activity in internal systems to execute account strategy and identify additional opportunities.
- May provide customer product training as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in a consultative selling environment.
- 3 years of experience as a farmer. Working with contract renewals and organic growth (upsell & crossell).
- Intermediate or advanced english.
- The person must also demonstrate the ability to learn about and explain the company’s products and services.
- Outstanding relationship executive
- Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to interact with all levels of leadership
- Ability to work with remote cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
