Position:  Sales Manager - Latam
Description:
  • Responsible for business profitability by executing business and sales strategies. 
  • Understands customers and company’s business and financial drivers.
  • Develops, manages, and negotiates in conjunction with partners, new and ongoing purchasing agreements with customers.
  • Displays ability to properly define business problems and /or opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Creates and leads plans for change.
Requirments:
  • 5+ years selling capital equipment preferably in the laser industry, aesthetics or pharmaceutical .
  • L&P experience
  • Latam experience
  • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Expert at sales
  • Advanced/fluent english
  •  
Salary:
  • A combinar CLT + bonus + home office
